Our Story
OrderMadd started with a simple observation: small cafes and food businesses were being left behind by technology. While big chains had custom apps and seamless ordering systems, independent shops were stuck with pen and paper, or paying huge commissions to delivery apps.
We built OrderMadd to change that. Starting with a single smoothie bar in Liverpool, we developed a system that was simple enough for anyone to use, affordable enough for any budget, and powerful enough to compete with the chains.
Today, OrderMadd helps cafes, juice bars, coffee shops, and food stalls across the UK take orders online. We're proud to be independent ourselves - no venture capital, no corporate owners - just a small team building software we believe in.
